We collect the Syrah grapes immediately after the grapes change colour to make a sparkling rosé wine with the ancestral method. A unique product of its kind, of a bright pink peach color, which has extremely fine and elegant bubbles. Served "sur lie", it takes on a slightly cloudy colour, where the refined primary aromas of red fruits, grapefruit and fresh apples intertwine with those of the must.
