With over twenty years of experience navigating Ontario's alcohol import scene, Frank has honed an unparalleled expertise by tasting thousands of wines. This extensive journey has empowered him to assemble what we proudly consider our most exceptional portfolio to date. Alongside his business partner Matt Wolman, they take personal charge of wine procurement at Bespoke, engaging directly with winery owners to meticulously curate products that meet our elevated standards.

Frank’s unwavering commitment to integrity and transparency serves as the guiding principle in all his business dealings, prioritizing mutual respect and honesty as the bedrock of every interaction. Frank's dedicated
efforts, particularly within Ontario's on-premise restaurant sector (HoReCa), have nurtured numerous invaluable relationships, fortifying our enterprise and ensuring its continual prosperity.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Frank finds immense satisfaction in his devotion to family, exploration through travel, and the cherished companionship of his dog, Tommy Boy. These passions infuse his daily work routine with a sense of joy and purpose, rendering the wine and spirits industry an ongoing source of delight.

After working his way up in many of Toronto’s finest restaurants, in both front and back of house positions, he was looking for a new challenge. With his years of accrued wine knowledge and his natural sales abilities, wine and spirit sales was the perfect fit.

After gaining experience with numerous distinguished agencies, and excelling in this position, he met his now partner Frank Bruno. From their strong personal connection, mutual passion for wine, and likeminded business acumen Bespoke Wine and Spirits was established in 2017.
 
Matthew has found his greatest passion in growing this business with Frank and raising his young family. He believes strongly in all the products they sell and enjoys sharing their fantastic portfolio with the public.

Natasha first joined Bespoke in 2019, initially as an Account Rep catering mostly to high-end restaurants and golf clubs. With Bespoke’s expansion, there arose a need for a dependable, dynamic, and well-organized individual to oversee the sales team and collaborate with licensee accounts and winemakers/managers. Her experience working at her parents’ restaurant as a child fostered a love for hospitality, and combined with her career in finance, further enhanced her passion for wine & spirits.

Natasha relishes the entire wine selection process and prides herself on comprehending both client and sales team requirements. Her meticulousness and dedication to fostering meaningful customer and team connections greatly benefit Bespoke Wine & Spirits. 

Working alongside and learning the ropes from Frank & Matt has brought an immense satisfaction, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her two teenage sons and enjoying travel and friends, and of course good wine.
