Located in the heart of the Beaujolais region, in the village of Salles-Arbuissonnas, Domaine de Croifolie, a family estate for 4 generations, covers 6 hectares. The vines from which this GAMAY is made are between 25 and 65 years old and come from granite soil.   

Harvested by hand. Vatting by conveyor belt and devatting by gravity to avoid damaging the grapes. Traditional vinification, maceration for 10 days and ageing in vats for 5 months.
