Chardonnay reveals its soil. On a chalky soil, the wine will have mineral, smoky and flinty notes, characteristic of Chablis. This grape variety produces very fine wines with aromas of white flowers (acacia),

hazelnuts, almonds, brioche and when the wine is young, citrus fruits.

Very fresh in the mouth, pleasantly light, with aromas reminiscent of the nose but slightly reserved. Well balanced.

Serve with veal with rice, Carbonara, Blanquette, grilled prawns.
