A blend of Syrah and Cabernet Franc from well-defined vineyard parcels on very ferrous and loose soils. Grapes meticulously harvested and selected by hand, fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. They mature for twelve months in Slavonian oak barrels and finally refine for thirty-six months in the bottle.
