Miquel Pons is the brand of our family that, after 250 years and several generations transmitting the culture of vineyard care and winemaking, in 1992 began to bottle wine and cava. The winery is located in La Granada, in the heart of Penedès and currently, The family manage arround 80 hectares of vineyards all with the organic certification. The cavas of Miquel Pons are characterized by their quality, fruity and creamy hints and for a long aging periods. All the cavas are produced in an artisanal way and are disgorged semi-manually without freezing the neck of the bottle to emulate a natural disgorging.
