TASTING NOTES: pale lemon colour with greenish highlights; This wine on the nose is intense and mineral, with citrus fruits, white fruits, and floral aromas. Delicate and refreshing on the palate, with a creamy texture and more flavours like apple and wild strawberry. A nice sapidity and balsamic notes at the end. 

AGING: the aging process lasts for a minimum of 5 months in stainless steel on his lees, with bâtonnage on the lees. 
FOOD PAIRINGS: this wine is very refreshing and mineral, great as an aperitif, and also paired with fish dishes or any vegetables. A must try as well with soft cheeses.

HISTORY:  It is the vine symbol of our company. It has its cradle of origin in a part of Friuli Colli Orientali and the Italian and Slovenian Collio. The history of Ribolla is richly documented. The first document attesting the existence of a Ribolla wine, which was produced with different varieties, dates to 1207. However, we have to wait a few centuries before finding a text with a certain reference to the vine, it was 1822! Ribolla Gialla has been used as a single variety for about seventy years. Initially, it was only partially fermented, today it is highly appreciated as a dry still wine and as a sparkling wine.
