Merlot combines with Cabernet in a crisp red wine, with notes of strawberry and blackcurrant, but it is also, slightly spicy. In the same fruity register, the mouth displays a beautiful roundness and fruit.
Serve with Red meats and cheeses. Best served between 16°C and 18°C.
