Type of vinification: Destemmed, traditional.

Visual: Deep cherry red color.

Olfactory: The nose is pleasant with notes of blackcurrant and wild raspberry.

Taste: Silky tannins with an elegant woody finish. The aging allows the palate to reveal intense red fruit aromas with the greatest finesse.

Serving temperature: 17°C

Time of consumption: Aperitif but grilling is strongly recommended.
