The palate is dry, medium to full, with a rounded texture and elegant tannin, a well-balanced freshness underneath with a rather long and broad spicy finish. FOOD PAIRINGS: Eggplant parmigiana, fillet steak with green pepper, crusted roast beef, roasted lamb with potatoes and herbs, and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C
