The vineyard of the Renaissance estate in Sancerre, mainly planted with Sauvignon, is highlighted by 4 vintages. The first is a fine blend of the different terroirs of the vineyard. Two plot cuvées complete it, one of which comes exclusively from marly soils. The last is a “natural” vintage since it is vinified without any addition of sulphite.
As the Pinot surface area is currently small, it is represented by a single vintage.
An Organic Menetou-Salon Blanc and an Organic Menetou-Salon Rouge are selected each vintage to expand the range of wines offered.
