Our cooperative cellar, Cellier des Demoiselles, founded in 1914 in Aude, is one of the first winegrowers' cooperatives in France. More than 100 vintages have been vinified within its walls. She heard the sound of the first tractors replacing horses, she saw the first Syrahs being planted and participated fully in the history of Languedoc viticulture.
Its name is a tribute to the women of the village, who during the First World War, took over from the men who had gone to the front.
It is therefore generations of winegrowers who, for almost a century, have been building the future of the cooperative.
